Dave West is a Managing Director of The Chicago Corporation. He has over 25 years of experience providing investment banking and financial advisory services to middle market companies. He has a focus on advising clients with respect to private market finance transactions at all layers of the capital structure including senior debt, subordinated debt and equity. Mr. West has assisted clients in raising over $3 billion of private market financings throughout his career.

Previously, he held senior level positions with HLHZ, Inc., ABN Amro Incorporated, and A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc. specializing in private market financings. Earlier, Mr. West held positions with Merrill Lynch Capital Markets, First National Bank of Chicago and began his career at Harris Trust and Savings Bank.

Mr. West received an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A in Finance and Business Administration from Lewis University.
